Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 7, 2026
This is a template policy and should be reviewed by legal counsel before production launch. Easy PDF Convert is committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data transparently under the EU GDPR.
1. Data we collect
Account data you provide (email, name) when you register, and minimal technical data (IP address, browser type) needed to operate the service, prevent abuse, and enforce usage limits. For signed-in accounts we also keep basic conversion metadata — the date, the number of images, and their file sizes — to show your conversion history. We never store the images themselves or the PDFs you generate (see below).
2. Your files never leave your device
Image-to-PDF conversion runs entirely in your browser. The images you select and the PDFs you generate are never uploaded to our servers — we never receive, see, or store them. Nothing to retain, nothing to delete.
3. How we use your data
To provide and improve the service, process payments, communicate service updates, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.
4. Your GDPR rights
You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time. Account deletion permanently removes your personal data and files; anonymized financial records may be retained where required by law. Contact us to exercise any of these rights.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies to operate the service. Our analytics is cookieless and sets nothing on your device. See our Cookie Policy for details and controls.
6. Service providers (sub-processors)
We rely on a small set of vetted providers to run the service: Vercel (hosting, plus cookieless Web Analytics & Speed Insights), Neon (database), Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), Cloudflare (DNS & email routing), Google (optional sign-in), and Sentry (error monitoring). Each processes only the minimal data needed for its function. Your converted images and PDFs are never shared with any of them — they never leave your device.
